Acceptance
The booking of a photographic session and/or any placing of an order constitutes your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of business which may not be varied.
Your Rights
If you are not satisfied with your order or our service we will always endeavour to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Copyright
The Studio owns and retains the copyright of all images taken by the Studio’s photographers. Any copying, scanning, electronic transfer, duplication or manipulation by you, other customers or any third party will contravene this copyright. Unless express permission is given in writing we will take legal action against any individual or company found to be in breach of this copyright.
We may release copyright to you in certain circumstances. If you wish to obtain the copyright of certain images taken by us, you should contact the Studio direct to discuss this.
In the event that we undertake to reproduce work supplied by you, it is your responsibility to ensure that all material placed with us is free from any copyright claims. You may be asked to sign a form to confirm this. You hereby agree to indemnify us fully against all such claims.
Liability
If any material is supplied to us by you and in the unlikely event that such work is damaged, whether by negligence or otherwise, our liability is limited to the cost of replacement of the materials and refund of any charges paid. No responsibility is or will be accepted for indirect or consequential loss and it shall be your responsibility to arrange adequate and appropriate insurance against the risk of any loss or damage if you believe that the value of your work or materials exceeds the value of the replacement materials.
Changes to Orders
Due to the individual nature of your images and our work, orders cannot be changed once placed.

The Studio may want to contact you from time to time regarding our special offers and products. If you do not wish to receive this information, please write to the studio.
